As a Contact Center Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—helping, guiding, and engaging with members over the phone, through email, and via mail. We’re looking for enthusiastic and solution-driven individuals who can provide fast, friendly, and effective service while making every interaction meaningful and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact! Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with member requests in a professional and energetic manner.
- Problem-solve like a pro! Research member concerns, provide creative solutions, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Master our products & services! Stay up to date on promotions, account types, lending options, and other financial services to provide expert guidance.
- Deliver exceptional service! Meet call volume and wait time standards while ensuring each conversation is a positive experience.
- Grow relationships! Cross-sell and promote relevant financial products that help members achieve their goals.
- Be a team player! Work collaboratively with your colleagues to uphold service excellence and support one another in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay organized & detail-oriented! Use computer systems efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure transactions are error-free.
- Adapt & excel! Be ready to adjust to changing priorities and processes while keeping a positive and proactive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 1-12 months of customer service experience (at least 6 months in a Call Center environment preferred).
