Call Center Representative – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
Location: Miramar, FL (General Location)
Job Type: Temporary Contract, Full-time

As a representative, you’ll handle inquiries, transactions, and support members with their financial needs. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse member base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily from members regarding account inquiries, transactions, and loan applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving member issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Educate members on products, services, and digital banking options.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain confidentiality of member information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating ½ day and ½ Saturday)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Every Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with one day off during the week)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
