Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse member base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily from members regarding account inquiries, transactions, and loan applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving member issues quickly and efficiently.
- Educate members on products, services, and digital banking options.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating ½ day and ½ Saturday)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Every Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with one day off during the week)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with care.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
