Salary Range: $15 - $16 per hour

You’ll receive hands-on training and work with machines that create designs on laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones. The hiring process usually takes 3-5 days but might be longer depending on background checks and the manager’s schedule for interviews and training.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain etching equipment for the production of electronic components.
- Perform routine inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Prepare and handle chemical solutions with precision, following safety protocols.
- Monitor and document production processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Technical certification or relevant training preferred.
- Proven experience in etching or similar technical processes.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining etching machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including rotating weekends.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule with start times of 8 AM and 10 AM, depending on business needs.
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
