In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Fine Jewelry and Luxury Watch categories across the country. You will leverage your expertise to develop and execute category strategies, manage vendor relationships, analyze market trends, and optimize product assortments to maximize sales and profitability. Your keen eye for luxury trends and strong understanding of the fine jewelry and watch sectors will be key to curating collections that captivate customers from around the world.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, operations, and store teams to ensure flawless execution of category initiatives. Your strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach will allow you to thrive in an environment that values innovation, creativity, and results. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fine jewelry or luxury watches, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a travel retail setting.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with up to 3 years of experience in category management, ideally in watches, jewelry, or the consumer goods sector. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are highly process-oriented, and thrive under pressure. A flexible, self-driven personality with a can-do attitude is essential, along with strong project management and leadership skills that enable you to engage, motivate, and influence stakeholders across the organization. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are required, while additional language skills are a plus.
This is a full-time, exempt position offering a competitive annual base salary of $90,000, plus a 10% bonus potential.
