US Commercial Brand Manager – (Food and Beverage)

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Commercial Brand Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new Mexican food product in the U.S. market. This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role where you’ll take ownership of the brand’s market entry, positioning, and go-to-market strategy from day one. You'll drive innovation, build key retail relationships, and shape the long-term vision of the brand in the highly competitive food and beverage space.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the brand’s U.S. market entry strategy and positioning
Create and manage a comprehensive launch plan, including trade marketing and communications
Build the marketing budget and manage resource allocation to achieve growth targets
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide brand strategy and consumer targeting
Drive innovation and retailer-specific activations to increase brand awareness and trial
Lead forecasting and performance tracking for sales, profit, and market share metrics
Establish and grow retail and e-commerce partnerships to secure national distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, supply chain, logistics, and sales
Manage external agency and media partner relationships
Regularly assess brand performance, adapting strategy based on market feedback and results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of brand management experience, including at least one successful product or brand launch in the U.S. market
3+ years in brand marketing, ideally within the CPG food and beverage industry
Proven experience in new market entry, brand positioning, and budget ownership
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working across traditional retail and e-commerce channels
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (U.S., Mexico, Canada)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-based; quiet work setting
Role requires visual acuity for reading and analyzing data
Ability to travel as needed
