About:We are currently seeking a talented individual to join a Cruise Services team in Miami as a Commercial Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Director and contributing to the success of our commercial operations. Responsibilities:
Commercial Analysis: Evaluate and analyze performance reports, identifying deviations and proposing solutions.
Reporting: Develop and implement periodic and ad-hoc reports, utilizing DCIS as the sole source of information for commercial reporting.
Coordination: Coordinate action plans with relevant departments, including procurement and logistics.
Communication: Periodically inform the reasoning behind KPI performance deviations through presentations and documents.
Requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, 3-5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a related role.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced computer skills.
Knowledge of the luxury branded consumer goods industry (desirable).
Languages:
Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.
Measures:
Evaluate team management performance through periodic performance appraisals.
