Location: Doral, Florida
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Collections/Accounts Receivables Specialist with a strong background in the supplier, distribution, or manufacturing industry. In this role, you will manage high volumes of collection calls, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Your expertise in communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, coupled with your bilingual skills in English and Spanish, will be essential to your success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume collection calls to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivables, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and accounts receivables within the supplier, distribution, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
