Client Service Assistant (Part Time)
Coral Gables, FL
Seeking a Client Service Assistant for an excellent opportunity in the Coral Gables, FL area. This role will be primarily responsible for sending out monthly letters of anniversary to remind clients about premiums that will be due soon and making policy changes such as beneficiaries, address, etc.
Some responsibilities include:
- Will speak or email the carriers to get information regarding client's 401K's.
- Track accounts to make sure clients are paying on time and policy does not expire
- Input information on Excel
- Must have availability to work from 9am-3pm or 7am-2pm (this role is part time and requires no more than 30 hours per week)
- Must be well spoken
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
