Job Description
About the Role:
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for all duties relating to processing over-the-phone transactions and maintenance of member accounts, cross-selling of products and services, assisting in the consumer lending functions, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, security, and compliance, and providing high-quality member service.
Some responsibilities include:
- Identify and resolve Member issues
- Cross-sell products and services while providing superior service via phone, fax or email as a receiver and caller.
- Contact members as necessary.
- Ensure total data/document integrity
Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Training provided on-site
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong clerical skills
