Your role is pivotal in driving new business development and facilitating crucial client meetings alongside our Business Development Managers. With a knack for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and arranging impactful meetings, you'll be instrumental in propelling our sales process forward. If you possess exceptional communication skills, have an eye for potential clients, and the organizational prowess to set up effective meetings, you're the ideal candidate for this role. Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead new business opportunities through targeted cold calling, engaging email campaigns, and strategic social media outreach.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their unique needs and business challenges.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Surpass monthly targets by securing a high number of scheduled meetings and creating new business opportunities.
  • Maintain up to date records of all sales activities, ensuring every interaction is captured in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth transition of client information and sales opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to our sales and marketing teams, aiding in the refinement of our sales strategies based on lead quality and engagement.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously identify new business opportunities.
 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve quarterly goals for meetings scheduled between new clients and Business Development Managers.
  • Generate a high volume of quality new leads through outbound efforts.
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate from initial contacts to scheduled meetings.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities.
  • Engage prospective clients effectively, ensuring positive feedback from initial contact through to meeting setup.
  • Keep track of outreach activities, including calls made, emails sent, and social media engagements.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role with a strong focus on scheduling meetings and nurturing leads.
  • Strong phone presence and adept at making numerous calls per day.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
