Position: Box Truck Delivery Driver
Location: Orlando, FL 32819
Job Type: Full-Time -Contract - Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3-6 AM Start times (Some schedule flexibility may be required during the week depending on delivery commute)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Box Truck Delivery Driver to support daily delivery operations involving technology equipment and related materials. This position is responsible for the safe transportation of goods, accurate documentation, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment. Deliveries will include local routes throughout Central Florida, with regular trips north to Jacksonville and occasional routes south to Miami.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a 26 foot box truck to pick up and deliver equipment and packaged goods
Load, secure, and unload materials using proper handling procedures
Verify delivery orders and obtain required signatures/documentation
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
Communicate delays, delivery issues, or safety concerns promptly
Work in the warehouse incase of route delays or cancellations
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR Required)
Previous box truck or commercial delivery experience required (Minimum 6 Months)
Ability to lift, push, and move materials regularly (Up to 50 LB)
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude
Basic technology or inventory-system familiarity a plus
Ability to work safely in a warehouse/logistics environment
