Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our dynamic team specializing in Medical Malpractice Claims in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, and supporting the overall financial operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process legal bills using TimeSlips, Ledes, Legal Tracker, or similar billing software.
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and clients.
- Manage invoice submissions to clients, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Maintain organized billing records and reports for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in billing administration within a law firm, including proficiency with TimeSlips, Ledes, and Legal Tracker or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of claims and risk management billing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external clients.
