Work on complex commercial litigation matters in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, and discovery materials
Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of business litigation topics
Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and court hearings
Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, with increasing responsibility
Engage in client-facing work and business development efforts
3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Proven excellence in legal writing and research
Experience with depositions, discovery, oral arguments, and case management
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the Illinois Bar (or actively seeking admission)
