A prestigious national law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Asset-Based Finance group in their New York office. What You'll Do
Handle sophisticated asset-based finance transactions
Work directly with shareholders on client matters and business development
Draft and negotiate loan documents
Manage multiple financing deals simultaneously
Engage with clients on transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, and other esoteric asset classes
What We're Looking For
2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm
Background in one or more of the following areas:
Strong drafting and transactional management skills
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Bar admission in New York (or actively seeking admission)
