Seeking an Associate Client Partner who will be responsible for providing support/assisting client partners in ensuring proper operational oversight for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and managing client relationships at the executive level. The ACP will also be responsible for client management based on the account plan, as assigned by the CP. 


Some responsibilities include: 

  • Building "trusted advisor" relationships with assigned customers by solving their business and technology problems
  • Business Development – responsible for up selling within existing accounts. This involves identifying business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance
  • Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to production and internal project teams; negotiate and resolve high level client issues. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by working with customer support, professional services, sales, product delivery to ensure all concerns or escalations are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct and coordinate executive-level and large group client presentations. Assist in the development of new client proposals and estimates
  • Understand the organizational structure, dynamics and decision makers and influencers within client organizational to develop a robust account plan
  • During an ongoing project or implementation, ACP may be required to deliver executive level updates and tracking metrics, to highlight key project risks and recommend risk mitigation plans
  • Advise regional executives on key strategic challenges and opportunities
  • Work across functions, geographies, customer segments and product lines

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field and advanced university degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD)
  • 1+ years of applicable business, sales, consulting experience or combined industry experience
  • Ideally possess clinical, safety or regulatory domain knowledge so as to understand client’s marketplace, competitive landscape and business drivers, and be able to speak intelligently in these terms
  • Understanding of software implementation for a pharma client is a strong plus
  • Ability to solve customer’s business and technical problems by utilizing company's product and service capabilities
  • Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc) and database programs experience
  • Detailed knowledge of software delivery models and infrastructure
  • Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook
  • CRM system experience required
