Associate Attorney – Asset-Based Finance (2–6 Years)

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate loan and finance documentation for high-value transactions
- Handle secured lending and asset-based finance matters across various industries
- Lead and manage multiple active transactions and client relationships
- Advise clients on transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, and other specialty asset classes
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and contribute to business development initiatives
About You:
- 2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm
- Background in asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization and/or structured finance
- Experience drafting loan documents and managing transaction workflows
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- J.D. (or equivalent) and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York Bar (or taking steps to gain admission)
