Associate – Commercial Litigation
Location: San Francisco, CA
Full-Time | Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
The Opportunity:
A leading litigation team in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a collaborative team that handles complex, high-stakes matters. You will work closely with senior attorneys and participate in hands-on litigation, client engagement, and business development. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead discovery, motion practice, and case strategy on complex litigation matters
Take and defend depositions, participate in oral arguments, and assist with trial preparation
Contribute to class action defense and representative matters
Conduct high-level legal research and draft persuasive briefs and pleadings
Collaborate closely with shareholders and clients
Main Requirements:
5–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing cases, taking/defending depositions, and handling court appearances
Background in class action or representative litigation preferred
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admitted to the California Bar (or actively seeking admission)

$300,000 – $330,000 annual base salary, based on experience and class year
