Assistant Property Manager (Finance-Focused)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial oversight within a commercial real estate setting. This is an onsite role based in Brickell, FL, ideal for someone who thrives in an open, fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance/accounting, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Monitor property budgets and analyze financial variances
- Support lease administration, tenant communication, and vendor coordination
- Conduct regular property inspections and help manage maintenance schedules
- Maintain organized files, documents, and compliance records
- Assist in onboarding tenants and supporting lease renewals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in property management or a similar finance-heavy administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus
