Title: Office Assistant
Location: Miami, FL / Blue Lagoon (Onsite)
Pay: $16-18/HR, Depending on Experience
We’re looking for a polished and proactive Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and steady hand behind our clients day-to-day office flow. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping things organized, and enjoy helping others, this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for employees and guests — greet, assist, and create a warm office atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls and emails with clarity and professionalism.
Manage mail, deliveries, shipping logistics, and office supplies inventory.
Support corporate events and meetings — from setup to catering coordination.
Keep shared spaces neat, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with access card and business card requests.
Provide light administrative support — filing, photocopying, using SAP for purchase orders, and more.
Support mobile line operations and pitch in on occasional light physical tasks.
What You Bring:
Fluent in English and Spanish — written and spoken.
Warm, helpful customer service skills — in-person and on the phone.
Experience in front desk, hospitality, or similar environments highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email platforms, and corporate systems.
A cheerful, detail-oriented, reliable attitude — always ready to adapt and help.
