Seeking an Administrative professional for an Assistant's position with a real estate development firm in the Miami, FL area. Some responsibilities include: 

 

  • Creating leases with pre-set templates
  • Maintaining and updating mailing lists with company messages and information
  • Typing out memos
  • Providing back-up for executives and company leads
  • Coordinating parking cards for building
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • Answering phones
