Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer service tickets into internal systems
Review, update, and maintain data records for completeness and accuracy
Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
Communicate with customer service representatives regarding missing or incorrect information
Verify data against source documents and correct discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data standards
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and speed
Ability to handle a high volume of data efficiently
Basic computer proficiency (data entry systems, spreadsheets, email)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience is a plus
