Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Process and verify a high volume of invoices with precision, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Reconciliation: Handle accounts payable reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including payment processing and customer account reconciliation.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries, discrepancies, and ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of solid accounts payable experience, with exposure to accounts receivable tasks preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
