CAREERXCHANGE® is seeking an experienced Accounting/Shipping Clerk to join a great team in the Hollywood, FL area. Normal business hours are M-F from 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional Saturdays and/or overtime as required. This position will be primarily responsible for:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Freight Claims
This position also offers paid vacation benefits after one year of employment, with health and dental insurance after 90 days of employment and sick leave after six months.

- Must have experience in AP entry and AR entry
- Experience with on line freight quotes and BOL preparation
- High school diploma is required
- Must be able to take direction and be a self-started
- Must be able to multi-task and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Has familiarity with Internet usage and is computer savvy
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency
- It is preferred but not required that candidates type 35+ WPM with fluency in both English and Spanish
