What You’ll Do:
Accounting & Advisory
Lead review and resolution of complex engagements and accounting issues
Help clients optimize systems, banking, and operational processes
Tax
Review intricate individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Oversee client responses to tax notices
Financial Statements
Client Relationship & Engagement Management
Oversee client portfolios and billing
Spot opportunities for added value and services
Navigate risk and ensure high-quality deliverables
Leadership & Mentorship
Guide junior staff and serve as a Career Development Advisor
Drive workflow efficiency and productivity
Play a key role in business development and client acquisition
What You Bring to the Table
7+ years in public accounting
Master’s in Accounting
CPA licensed or eligible
Proficiency in tax prep and review (individual, corporate, partnership)
Expertise in financial statement compilations & reviews
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bonus Points If You’re:
Bilingual (a strong plus!)
Excellent in communication—both written and verbal
Ready to work extra hours during busy seasons (overtime as needed)
