Accounting Clerk – Manufacturing
Location: Hialeah, FL
Temporary position (4 to 4.5 months)
Industry: Manufacturing
Pay: $24 to $30/hr DOE
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with prior experience in the manufacturing industry for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 4 to 4.5 months. This role will support the day-to-day accounting operations of a well-established manufacturing company located in Hialeah, FL.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Support month-end closing procedures
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred but open to High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
Onsite - Mon to Fri 8am to 4:30pm and 30 min lunch break
