Job Description
About: Are you an experienced Accounting Clerk with a knack for managing accounts receivables and a proven track record in handling heavy collections? We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables Management:
- Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables.
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers to address payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivables.
- Provide regular updates on collections performance to the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk with a focus on accounts receivables and collections.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivables and collections (high volume/fast-paced)
