What You’ll Do
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and test aircraft components and subcomponents with precision.
• Use blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including FAA, EASA, AS9110, and ISO9001.
• Operate machinery, ground support equipment, and tools with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver results and continuously improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in APU repair, maintenance, and testing (preferably the 36-150 APU Series).
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in reading technical documents, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.
• Familiar with power tools, micrometers, dials, and gauges.
Personal Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. independently in a dynamic warehouse environment.
