Warehouse Associate / Order Picker
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Saturdays are required during Peak Season | Full-Time
Overview:
A well-established distribution and supply company in Doral, FL is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Order Picker with at least 3 years of warehouse experience to support its day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and experienced in inventory, shipping/receiving, and RF scanner usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of materials
- Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Utilize basic computer programs to process orders and update records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and inventory procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus
