Financial Coordinator

About the Client:
Our client is a Global 100 telecommunications provider who manages integrated fixed, mobile, and IT services to some of the world’s top multinational organizations.
This organization provides global telecommunication services for fixed and mobile carriers, ISPs and content providers as well as offering an integrated and competitive portfolio for carriers and corporations that includes international voice, IP, bandwidth capacity, satellite services, mobility, and global solutions.
About the Role:
CAREERXCHANGE, Inc. is currently searching for a Financial Coordinator for an opportunity in our client's Blue Lagoon offices.
Some responsibilities include:
- Assist in overseeing the budget of the department
- Work closely with vendors to ensure PO’s are assigned/processed timely
- Prepare and deliver various financial reports for management
- Serve as a liaison with various internal team members to gather and share relevant information
- Data Entry as necessary
Job Requirements
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance is preferred
