About the Role:
We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation & Housing Logistics Coordinators to join our team on a temporary assignment based in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, you will manage the full employee relocation process, overseeing logistics, housing arrangements, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive transition for employees and their families.
This is a critical role for maintaining an excellent employee experience and operational efficiency, working closely with departments like Human Resources, Legal, and Finance, as well as external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international employee relocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process, offering guidance, updates, and assistance.
Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure all relocations follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Arrange and oversee logistics such as transportation, temporary/permanent housing, visa documentation, and settling-in services.
Create and maintain relocation timelines and ensure employees and vendors meet critical milestones.
Communicate effectively with service providers to secure the best relocation experiences.
Resolve any issues raised by employees or vendors quickly and professionally.
Track, administer, and report relocation expenses, including reimbursements and vendor billing.
Maintain thorough documentation related to employee moves and relocation services.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in relocation coordination, logistics, human resources, or a related administrative field.
Prior experience coordinating employee relocations (domestic or international) is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with relocation software is a plus.
Knowledge of immigration, visas, or international move procedures is helpful but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
