Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Medley, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and providing administrative support to the office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked workplace.
- Coordinate office events, including scheduling and arranging necessary materials or services.
- Provide general support to the office team as needed.
Qualifications:
