Our goal is to help our customers understand their insurance policy as well as guide them to the type of insurance that will be beneficial for their family.
Responsibilities:
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of Customer Service in an office settingExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook

- Answer phones.
- Call leads of prospect clients, that requested information, and transfer them to an agent.
- Send emails to prospect clients.
- Respond emails.
- Send out flyers.
- Check office supply inventory
- General office clerical work.
