Job Description
About: Our client, a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Doral, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technical Support Specialist/CSR to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and our technical team, providing outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting HVAC system issues, answering inquiries, and offering solutions over the phone or through online channels.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex HVAC problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product lines and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and address any discrepancies.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Generate reports as required by management to track customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Education:
- Stay informed about new HVAC technologies and products through continuous learning.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC technical support or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications in HVAC are a plus.
