Position: Shipping Clerk
Location: Orlando, FL 32819 (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time - Contract - Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be flexible to rotating schedule and mandatory OT on Saturday)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced logistics and technology operations team supporting a leading provider of warehousing, imaging, and configuration services for technology equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient movement of goods through our shipping and receiving processes, contributing directly to operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Process outgoing shipments — pick, pack, label, and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; verify counts and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) to schedule pick-ups and resolve issues.
• Keep shipping area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages and materials regularly. (Up to 50 IB)
• Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
