About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property/Facilities Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial properties
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Timely approval of invoices, preparation of client bill packages, and forecasting expenses.
- Maintenance Oversight: Prioritize and schedule project work, review work order requests, and coordinate subcontractors to minimize disruption to the property.
- Vendor Management: Oversee janitorial, landscaping, and other vendors, ensuring optimum performance through continual follow-up.
- Assist in Procurement: Develop specifications for bidding work and purchasing within guidelines.
- Tenant and Client Relations: Respond to tenant requests and ensure completion. Maintain positive relations with tenants and clients.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is helpful.
