Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client inquiries promptly and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Policy Handling:
- Oversee policy renewals, ensuring timely updates.
- Collaborate on underwriting, quoting, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base.
- Work closely with sales teams to expand the personal lines portfolio.
- Claims Assistance:
- Guide clients through the claims process and facilitate communication with claims adjusters.
- Ensure efficient and satisfactory resolution of claims.
- Analysis and Recommendations

- Record-keeping and Compliance:
