- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Address inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
- Manage renewals and update policies.
- Assist in underwriting, quoting, and documentation.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams for portfolio growth.
- Aid clients in filing and resolving claims.
- Analysis and Recommendations:
- Review policies, recommend changes, and upsell additional coverage.
- Maintained organized client files and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- At least one year of insurance sales experience
- Self Starter, career-driven, looking to learn and stay with the company long-term
- Ability to cross-sell to existing clients with an initiative to exceed sales goals
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Team player, learning attitude, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- MUST HAVE a 440 license but prefer a 220 license
