Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Clinical Setting)

Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a strong clinical background to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing top-tier support to patients and healthcare providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a hospital, doctor's office, or similar medical setting, with a strong focus on insurance verification, medical assisting, or pharmacy technician duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Verify insurance information and facilitate authorization processes.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up care coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Clinical background required, with experience in a hospital, doctor's office, or similar setting.
- Prior experience in insurance verification, medical assisting, or as a pharmacy technician.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, clinical environment.
