We are seeking two dynamic and driven Marketing Project Leads to join our growing team. These roles are perfect for individuals passionate about leading marketing projects and campaigns from concept to completion. One position will focus on digital marketing while the other will specialize in traditional marketing. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working in the cruise or retail travel industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product development.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Digital Marketing Role: Manage online advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Traditional Marketing Role: Oversee print campaigns, trade shows, outdoor advertising, and other non-digital channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data insights to optimize results.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Ensure all marketing materials are culturally relevant for bilingual audiences (English & Spanish).
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing project management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in the cruise or retail travel industry is highly preferred.
- Expertise in either digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid campaigns) or traditional marketing (print, events, partnerships).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
