Join a high-powered legal team where your courtroom skills are valued and rewarded! We are recruiting for a Florida-barred Litigation Attorney with trial experience in personal injury law.
This is an exciting opportunity to litigate complex cases, including:
- Auto Accidents
- Catastrophic Injuries
- Slip and Falls
- Medical Malpractice
- National Mass Tort Claims
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from filing to verdict in state and federal court
- Conduct and respond to discovery
- Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
- Attend court hearings and mediations
- Prepare for jury trials
- File post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics
- Collaborate with legal support staff and litigation team
Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 1-5 years of Plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
- Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus
