Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that support a variety of business and marketing goals.
- Design for diverse promotional initiatives, including catalogs, ads, signage, websites, and digital content.
- Create visuals, layouts, banners, logos, and other graphics using advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Stay current on design, marketing, and social media trends to drive fresh, engaging ideas.
- Conduct photo shoots, and edit photos for use in both digital and print formats.
- Ensure accurate, print-ready files with strong knowledge of photography and color arrangement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Present multiple design concepts and innovate new solutions.
- Maintain organized filing and project management systems for efficient workflow.
- Adapt quickly, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Engage in additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
- A portfolio showcasing design work.
