Our client is a renowned aviation company specializing in Facility Services within the aviation industry. 

Job Description:

As the General Manager of our Facility Service Division, you will lead and drive the strategic direction of our facility service operations. You will oversee pricing strategies, RFP development, and P&L management, and play a key role in ensuring the continued excellence of our services. Your leadership will be instrumental in our company's success and growth within the aviation industry.

Key Qualifications:

1. Leadership: We are seeking a proven leader with a track record of managing similar roles within airlines or ground handlers.

2. Experience: The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ground handling, with a deep understanding of its intricacies and relevance to this role.

3. Technical Expertise: The General Manager must possess a comprehensive grasp of airport service pricing for ground handlers, proficiency in constructing Request for Proposals (RFPs) from a ground handler perspective, a strong understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, manpower hour calculations, and the ability to effectively present RFPs.

4. Systems: While no specific system is required for RFPs, proficiency in advanced Excel is essential for success in this role.

5. Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, including reading and writing, is a prerequisite.

6. Travel: The role demands 20% to 30% travel to various locations as operational needs dictate.

7. Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification is mandatory.
