Job Summary:
Are you ready to take your logistics and supply chain expertise to the next level? Join a forward-thinking supply chain management team that powers one of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands. As an Analyst in Distribution & Logistics, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that premium products reach millions of customers, both across the U.S. and internationally. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Premiums Logistics (50%):
- Drive Success: Coordinate and monitor shipping schedules to ensure seamless delivery from global manufacturers to distribution centers.
- Strategize & Optimize: Develop innovative shipment plans, consolidate strategies, and analyze delivery timelines to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
- Resolve & Reconcile: Tackle shipping discrepancies head-on, manage Proof of Delivery (POD) processes, and ensure claims are resolved swiftly.
- Budget Savvy: Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions every step of the way.
Additional Logistics Activities (25%):
- Champion Excellence: Review logistics packaging for new products, ensuring they meet the highest standards for efficiency and optimization.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Lead the charge in communicating freight negotiation results to the Food & Packaging (F&P) team.
Pricing Management (12%):
- Precision in Pricing: Prepare and communicate detailed DC Landed Cost reports, keeping everything on track and in budget.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies quickly, maintaining accuracy across the supply chain.
Distribution Fee Management (2%):
- Master the Details: Manage DC-to-restaurant alignment, ensuring accurate distribution fees and seamless operations.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor and report on key factors like diesel price changes that impact fees, keeping stakeholders informed and operations efficient.
Invoice Audit Management (10%):
- Accuracy Matters: Conduct thorough monthly audits to ensure pricing accuracy at every level, proactively correcting any errors.
- Leadership in Action: Resolve discrepancies and communicate audit results effectively, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Additional Responsibilities (1%):
- Be the Backbone: Support cross-functional team activities, develop insightful reports, and create compelling presentations.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and success.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree is an absolute MUST.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous approach to work sets you apart, along with your analytical mindset and problem-solving prowess.
- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple tasks with ease, plan efficiently, and always stay ahead of deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.

- Language: Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
