About the Role
We are seeking a Customs Import Coordinator to oversee and execute export processes with precision and compliance. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth customs clearance, and timely international shipments across our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs)
Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations and customs requirements
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
Track and trace export shipments, resolving any delays or issues
Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in import operations, international logistics, or customs coordination
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international import regulations
Proficiency with import documentation and ERP/WMS systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
