You'll lead the Discovery process, provide technical guidance, and oversee installation issue resolution, ensuring seamless deployment and end-user training.

You'll lead the Discovery process, provide technical guidance, and oversee installation issue resolution, ensuring seamless deployment and end-user training.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple clients through successful Expresso solution implementations.
- Drive installations in a matrix management environment, emphasizing collaboration and results.
- Manage acquisition and review of client data for optimal implementation.
- Facilitate issue recognition, resolution, and overall management through to completion.
- Develop and conduct comprehensive end-user and internal program training.
- Actively contribute to refining internal processes based on client feedback.
- Maintain a steadfast commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relational databases and various data formats.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Commitment to quality, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple installations.
- Previous roles in implementation and project management.
- Familiarity with lettershop digital production and USPS regulations.
- Background in software development or working for a software company.
- Proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds when required.
