Role Overview:
As an Operations Manager, you will drive the execution of our commercial strategy, oversee retail operations, and ensure business performance aligns with our goals. This role includes full P&L accountability, team leadership, and financial oversight, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the commercial plan, tailoring it to local market needs.
- Develop sales strategies for cruise line operations and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Monitor sales, manage inventory, and produce regular performance reports.
- Lead and develop retail teams, ensuring a positive work environment and effective training.
- Analyze financial performance and contribute to investment planning.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand promotion.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of management experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation:
- $140k Annual Base + 10% MBO (Bonus) + Monthly Car Allowance.
- Status: Exempt, Full-Time.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Hybrid Work Option Available.
