Job Summary:
The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This role involves managing corporate governance, contract administration, and providing legal support with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate law and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate governance and entity documentation.
- Administer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as Florida Notary Public as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in corporate law, with a focus on governance and contracts.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Certification: Florida Notary Public required.
