Accounts Receivables Specialist – Medley, FL
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivables Specialist with strong collections experience to join a dynamic team in Medley, FL. This is a fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring timely and accurate collections of outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
Contact clients regarding outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary
Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
Maintain accurate records of transactions and collection efforts
Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and customer service, to resolve disputes and ensure smooth financial operations
Prepare and distribute regular reports on account status, collections progress, and aging receivables
Process adjustments and write-offs following established procedures
Assist with month-end closing by preparing aging reports and ensuring all outstanding invoices are properly accounted for
Monitor customer credit limits and provide feedback on creditworthiness based on payment history
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts receivable and collections
Qualifications:
Recent experience in accounts receivables and collections, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of financial statements, billing processes, and collection strategies
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
