About: Are you an experienced Accounting Clerk with a knack for managing accounts receivables and a proven track record in handling heavy collections? We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivables Management:
Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Generate and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables.
Collections:
Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
Communicate with customers to address payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivables.
Provide regular updates on collections performance to the finance team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk with a focus on accounts receivables and collections.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
4+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivables and collections (high volume/fast-paced)
