Seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a medical systems company in the Sunrise, FL area! The ideal candidate is tenacious, dedicated and ready to provide excellent technical support over the phone for internal and external customers. We're looking for an individual who is well-versed in technical documentation and implementation with at least 2 years of customer troubleshooting experience.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provides telephone technical support for internal and external customers 
  • Works with electronic health records companies to assist with mutual customer requirements 
  • Configures, installs and repackages computer systems for customer installations 
  • Prepares technical documentation for customers and for internal use 
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned 
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Technical documentation and implementation experience 
  • 2 years of customer telephone technical troubleshooting experience 
  • 3+ years of IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills 
  • Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency 
  • Excellent communication skills
